At the Trust Implant Dental Center, our goal is to get you back to normal life as quickly as possible. Today dental implant technology has advanced to the point of loading the implants immediately. The immediate loading of the teeth is a technology employed in virtual surgery based on CT scan data, which is used to develop rapid prototyping surgical guides.

These templates are used to deliver the implants during placement precisely at the pre-determined exact location with flapless surgery. In this context, the use of virtual guiding systems has been recognized as a fundamental tool to control the ideal implant position. In particular, complex periodontal surgeries can be performed using preoperative planning based on CT data.

CT scans of the jaws show the volume of bone, density of bone, presence of important anatomical structures such as nerves and sinuses in the proposed implant placement sites. This allows the dentist to accurately determine the best location, angulations, diameter and length of the implants to be placed. Surgical guides prepared with the aid of the CT scan can allow quick, efficient placement of the implants during the actual surgical procedure, thereby increasing patient comfort

Pre-fabricated custom-made teeth can be seated on the implants immediately. The entire procedure usually lasts less than one hour per jaw. Since this is a minimally invasive surgical procedure, patients experience very little swelling and discomfort, enjoying their new teeth from the moment they are inserted.
